Terms of Service

Batiplus is a two-sided construction marketplace that connects clients who need construction work with verified construction companies and professionals.

Batiplus provides the platform, tools, and workflows to publish projects, exchange proposals or invitations, unlock messaging after mutual interest, and help parties move toward a deal. Batiplus is an intermediary platform and is not the construction contractor for client projects unless expressly agreed in a separate written contract.

Public signup creates either a client account or a company account. Admin and staff accounts are created only through controlled Batiplus processes.

You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.

Company accounts may include owner and authorized staff members linked to the same company. Owners remain responsible for actions taken by their staff on Batiplus.

Clients may publish projects, invite companies, review proposals, open discussions after mutual interest, and select a company for a project.

Project descriptions must be truthful, lawful, and detailed enough for companies to understand the scope. Clients must not post misleading budgets, fake projects, or content that infringes third-party rights.

Clients remain solely responsible for choosing a company, negotiating the works contract, site access, permits, and payments under any off-platform construction agreement.

Companies may browse open projects, submit proposals when eligible, accept invitations, manage a public profile and portfolio, and communicate with clients after chat is unlocked.

Verification may require legal company details and supporting documents. Providing false ICE, trade register, identity, or verification documents is prohibited and may lead to suspension.

Unverified companies may be limited from certain marketplace actions, including submitting proposals, until verification requirements are met.

The project is the center of the marketplace. Clients can receive proposals on open projects or invite a company directly.

Proposals and invitations must reflect genuine interest and realistic capacity. Companies must not spam, copy another company’s private proposal content, or misrepresent qualifications, pricing, or availability.

Batiplus may moderate, hide, or remove projects, profiles, or proposals that violate these terms, applicable law, or platform quality rules.

There is no free chat before mutual interest. For open projects, messaging unlocks after a company submits a proposal and the client opens the discussion. For direct invitations, messaging unlocks after the company accepts.

Messages must relate to the project discussion. Users must not harass others, share illegal content, attempt to bypass platform security, or solicit payment through fraudulent channels.

Quotes, site visits, final pricing, and selection of a company are part of the marketplace workflow between the client and the company.

A deal on Batiplus records the commercial outcome needed for platform commission and history. The underlying construction contract between client and company remains their responsibility unless Batiplus expressly becomes a party in writing.

Batiplus earns a commission when a company wins a project through the platform. Applicable commission rates and any snapshots shown at deal time govern the amount due.

Companies agree not to circumvent Batiplus to avoid commission after connecting through the platform for a project. Attempted circumvention may result in account restrictions and recovery of amounts owed.

You retain rights in content you upload, including project briefs, proposals, portfolio images, and profile information. You grant Batiplus a non-exclusive license to host, display, and process that content as needed to operate the marketplace.

Batiplus branding, software, and platform design remain the property of Batiplus. You may not copy, scrape, or reverse engineer the service except as allowed by law.

You may not use Batiplus to commit fraud, launder money, discriminate unlawfully, distribute malware, harvest personal data without authorization, impersonate others, or interfere with platform security or other users’ accounts.

Batiplus may investigate suspected abuse and cooperate with competent authorities when required by law.

Batiplus helps clients and companies discover each other and manage marketplace workflows. We do not guarantee project outcomes, construction quality, timelines, permit approvals, or payment performance between users.

To the fullest extent permitted by Moroccan law, Batiplus is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or disputes arising solely from off-platform construction agreements between clients and companies. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be limited by law.

You may stop using Batiplus at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, fail verification checks, create security risk, or misuse the marketplace.

Provisions that by nature should survive termination—including commission obligations, liability limits, and intellectual property—remain in effect.

We may update these Terms of Service to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do.

Continued use of Batiplus after an update means you accept the revised terms, except where mandatory law requires additional consent.

These terms are governed by the laws of Morocco. Courts of Morocco have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
