Batiplus operates a marketplace connecting clients and construction companies. For privacy questions related to the platform, contact us through the Batiplus contact page.

Depending on the processing activity, Batiplus may act as data controller for account, marketplace, and platform operations data.

Account data: name, email, phone where provided, account type (client or company), authentication data, and onboarding details.

Company data: public profile information, services, cities served, portfolio content, and verification details such as legal company name, ICE, trade register information, representative identity, and supporting documents when submitted for verification.

Project and marketplace data: project briefs, proposals, invitations, messages exchanged after unlock, quotes, deal history needed for commission, and related status history.

Technical data: device and browser information, IP address, approximate location derived from network data, cookies or similar technologies, and logs needed for security and reliability.

We use personal data to create and secure accounts, operate the marketplace, match clients and companies, enable messaging after mutual interest, process verification, calculate commission, prevent fraud, provide support, and improve the product.

We may also send transactional notices about projects, proposals, verification status, and security events. Marketing communications are sent only where allowed and can be stopped where applicable.

We process personal data as needed to perform the contract for providing the Batiplus service, to comply with legal obligations, to pursue legitimate interests such as platform security and abuse prevention, and where required on the basis of consent.

Company verification and marketplace integrity may require processing of identification and business documents under these bases.

Public company profiles may show business information intended for clients, such as company name, city, description, services, portfolio, and verification badge. Company phone numbers and email addresses are not shown on the public company profile.

Clients and companies may see limited counterpart information needed for a project discussion after the relevant marketplace conditions are met. We do not sell personal data.

We may share data with infrastructure providers (for example hosting, storage, email, or analytics) that process data on our instructions, and with authorities when required by law.

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including account operation, legal compliance, dispute handling, commission history, and security.

Important marketplace history (for example deal and commission snapshots or status history) may be retained longer where needed for auditability and lawful business records.

We apply technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk, including access controls, encrypted transport where applicable, and monitoring for abuse.

No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. Please use a strong password and protect access to your devices and email inbox.

Subject to Moroccan Law 09-08 and other applicable rules, you may request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion where appropriate, restriction of certain processing, and information about processing.

You can update many profile details directly in your account. For other requests, contact us through the contact page. We may ask for information needed to verify your identity before responding.

Batiplus uses cookies or similar technologies that are necessary to keep you signed in, protect security, and remember basic preferences such as language.

Where optional analytics or similar tools are used, we will provide additional notice or controls as required.

Batiplus is intended for adults acting as clients or construction professionals. The platform is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children for marketplace accounts.

We may update this Privacy Policy when our practices or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

If changes are material, we may provide additional notice through the product or by email where appropriate.
